Radio Interview with Tiffany, “Mindful Living”

This is by far the best radio interview I have done thus far. I was so excited to talk to my high school friend Tiffany Hayden and her radio show mindful living. We chatted for 90 minutes, as if we were sitting on our two beach chairs, having a glass of wine and talking about life. We are both fitness experts, turned into life coaches that follow a very distinct spiritual enlightenment life. Are beliefs are so similar, that we just finish each other sentences with our memories, experiences, and ways of thinking. We both believe, that by Loving yourself, being kind to yourself, and believing in yourself, you can find internal happiness. External factors will not bring internal happiness. The void is within yourself, not outside of yourself. You must dig deep inside of your soul, to find your truth and find your peace. Meditation will help you listen to your spirit, and follow your heart. There are many ways to practice meditation. The best thing to do is Google guided meditation, and pick whichever one you choose. It will take 30 to 90 days to be able to quiet your mind and listen to your spirit. Once this happens, you will be well on your way towards living a more Spirit Center life, and a less ego centered life. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this interview.
