Rocky Johnson, WWE Hall of Fame Wrestler
Lisa is a very close friend of mine, and she is the daughter that I never had. I met her 15 years ago when she was teaching Fitness classes at a local gym. I became a member of her gym and that is where we began a lifelong friendship. Lisa organized numerous events to raise money for charity and I would always support and contribute to each and every event to support different causes. I was fortunate to witness Lisa go through her very own metamorphosis through the years. When she asked me to attend one of her healing and meditation seminars, I accepted although unsure of what to expect. I was very impressed with the natural ability that she has to get participants to open up and discuss the deep issues within their hearts and souls. I, myself, started discussing my past, present, and future concerns, fears, and hopes. Her seminar truly helped me to reflect on my own life and belief systems. When she gave me a draft of her book, I was excited to read and learn more about finding self-love, healing and spiritual enlightenment. I enjoyed her book very much because I felt as if Lisa was speaking directly to me in a casual and relaxed manner. Her book took me on a journey of transformation. It gave me tools and exercises that I began practicing in my own life, and they worked. I was able to experience her journey and it helped me in my life to relieve stress through meditation and positive thinking. Life is not easy, but we all live and learn and continue doing so until the day we die. Lisa opened my eyes to see that it is not the challenges that we face in life that define us, but the way in which we proceed and deal with those challenges.
